- Hourly Assistance -- (Bail-out, professional services) Short term, specialized assignments to help a company with crisis management specifically in the areas of client management, customer support, quality assurance, logistic management or event planning . Our Hourly Assistance offers clients high degree of responsiveness, professionalism, keen problem-solving ability and creative solutions that minimize disruption to their organizations.
- Retainer Consulting -- The more traditional form of consulting; we represent a client company/agency as an extension of its on-going functions such as vendor management; information management; business development; or for the planning and execution of periodically scheduled events such as company orientations, annual/quarterly/monthly reviews; as well as technical events such as: system maintenance, software and hardware upgrades, and network administration. Our Retainer Consulting offers clients top-quality know-how and experience to help them grow their business at a fraction of the cost of a full-time employees of par caliber.
- Project-based Consulting – Proposed and billed on a per-project and per-milestone basis Project consulting offers clients with a way to harness our specific qualities an use our expertise to solve specific problems, develop and/or implement plans, and develop specific information. This will include consulting on one-time major projects, programs, and events of significant impact to the business success such as business planning activities; business modeling;business process development and implementation; strategic marketing strategies; organizational training; or on major system purchase, installation and testing, and planning for disaster recovery.
